Within Canada: STANDARD shipping is free on orders of $130 or more. Please note that this may not apply for some Consignment items. Express and DHL Express options are shown at checkout. Return shipping is also included for all regular priced new stock. All orders are updated with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.

Seiko products ship within Canada only. New and pre-owned Seiko products can only be shipped to a Canadian address or picked up in store.

Outside Canada: Other brands and our non-Seiko consignment pieces can be shipped to the US and internationally. Available options and rates are shown at checkout.

Our typical shipping times are listed below. If you need your order delivered urgently, please reach out to us and we can advise based on the most up to date information on our stock or from the supplier.

IN STOCK - Any items with quantity greater than 0 are available in store.  Can be shipped out within 3 business day(s). These are clearly marked on the product page with green text confirming the item is in stock

DROP SHIP - All models will be shipped directly from the brand within 3 business days after receipt of order.  Availability is updated on a weekly-basis.

OTHER PREMIUM EXCLUSIVES - Each model is available for order and may take 1-3 weeks processing time.  We will inform you right away with expected delivery timelines for your order.

Returns

You may return or exchange a regular priced new timepiece for store credit within 2 days of delivery. Bezel House will provide a return shipping label at no charge.

Other discounted new timepieces can also be returned for store credit within 2 days of delivery. Shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from the credit, and a 15% restocking fee applies.

FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges): Featured Specials, clearance, vintage / pre-owned and consignment pieces, and discontinued items.

All items, including accessories, tags (if provided) and packing materials, must be returned in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at info@bezelhouse.com within 2 days of delivery. All new stock is covered under standard manufacturer warranty.

If you are shipping an item back yourself, please use a traceable service with insurance. We don’t guarantee returns sent by mail / courier.
