Returns / Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any regular priced new timepiece, for a store credit, within 10 days of receiving the product.
Bezel House will provide a return shipping label at no charge, for all regular priced new timepieces. For all other orders, shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from the total credit. A 15% re-stocking fee will also apply for such orders.
All items including products, accessories, tags (if provided), packing materials, etc. must be in the original condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise. Any clearance, vintage / pre-owned or discontinued items will be FINAL SALE.
If and when you receive your purchase, if there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Bezel House through using the contact info listed on our website, within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. All new stock is covered under standard manufacturer warranty.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee shipments returned via mail / courier.
