Returns / Exchanges
Return window: 2 days from delivery. Returns are refunded as store credit.
Regular priced new timepieces: return or exchange for store credit within 2 days of delivery. We provide a return shipping label at no charge.
Other discounted new timepieces: return for store credit within 2 days of delivery. Shipping and insurance costs are deducted from the credit, and a 15% restocking fee applies.
Final sale (no returns or exchanges):

Condition: All items, including accessories, tags (if provided) and packing materials, must be returned in their original condition.
Damaged or wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email sales@bezelhouse.com within 2 days of delivery.
Warranty: All new stock is covered under the standard manufacturer warranty.
