Is Shipping Free?

STANDARD Shipping is free across Canada with orders at least $350.00 minimum value.  Standard rates apply for any orders less than the minimum.

Expedited option is additional.

How soon will my order ship?

Typically your order will be shipped out the same business day you make an order if not the very next business day at the latest.  

Typical shipping across Canada is approximately 5-6 business days from receipt of payment and the expedited option across Canada is approximately 2-3 business days.

Lum-Tec products may require a handling time of 3-5 days maximum (after receipt of payment) depending on in-house inventory.

H&Co. products may require a handling time of 1-2 weeks maximum (after receipt of payment) depending on in-house inventory.

DEFAKTO products are MADE TO ORDER and will require a handling time of 4-6 weeks maximum (after receipt of payment) depending on in-house inventory.

VERSA products will require a handling time of 1-2 weeks maximum (after receipt of payment) depending on in-house inventory.

SEIKO Products may require a handling time of 1 week maximum (after receipt of payment) depending on in-house inventory.

If the product is in stock at Bezel House then the typical shipping times are valid.

Can I track my order?

All orders across Canada and internationally will always have a tracking number specified in the confirmation email.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 10 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Bezel House.

Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.  A standard 20% restocking fee may be administered to any returned items. 

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. ANY SIGNS OF WEAR OR REMOVAL OF PARTS, WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.

If and when you receive your purchase, if there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Bezel House through documented means (email info@bezelhouse.com) within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.

All items listed in our "SALE" Collection are non-refundable. All items are covered under manufacturer warranty.

Do you deliver outside of Canada?

Yes we deliver anywhere outside of Canada depending on our territorial limitations.  Our LUM-TEC watches can only be sold within Canada while any of our other  products will be open to shipping internationally.
