Is Bezel House an Authorized Retailer for the brands you carry?

Yes, we are for all new products. Feel free to visit our brand's main website and search for our info under their store location in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Can you order a timepiece not listed on your site?

Please note, Bezel House is an Authorized Retailer for all Brands we carry (new stock ONLY) and can special order almost any North Americanmodel for the brand. If you cannot find a timepiece that you would like to purchase, please contact Sales@BezelHouse.com to inquire and we can definitely assist you with your purchase.

Do you price match?

Absolutely. We will match and beat by additional 5%, any advertised price from another Authorized Retailer for the same brand.

Do you charge for shipping?

STANDARD shipping is free across Canada with a minimum order of CA$100. Please note that this may not apply for some Consignment items. Return shipping is also included for all regular priced new stock.

What is the lead time for shipping?

Our typical shipping times are listed below. If you need your order delivered urgently, please reach out to us and we can advise based on the most up to date information on our stock or from the supplier.

IN STOCK - Any items with quantity greater than 0 are available in store.  Can be shipped out within 3 business day(s)

DROP SHIP - All models will be shipped directly from the brand within 3 business days after receipt of order.  Availability is updated on a weekly-basis.

OTHER PREMIUM EXCLUSIVES - Each model is available for order and may take 1-3 weeks processing time.  We will inform you right away with expected delivery timelines for your order.

Can I track my order?

All orders are updated with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any regular priced new timepiece, for a store credit, within 5 days of receiving the product.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.  Any sale, vintage / pre-owned or discounted items will beFINAL SALE.

If and when you receive your purchase, if there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Bezel House through using the contact info listed on our website, within 2 days of receipt of your shipment.
