Shipping policy

Where we ship
- Canada: we ship all products to Canadian addresses.
- Seiko products ship within Canada only. New and pre-owned Seiko products can only be shipped to a Canadian address or picked up in store.
- Outside Canada: other brands and our non-Seiko consignment pieces can be shipped to the US and internationally. Available options and rates are shown at checkout.

Shipping within Canada
- Standard shipping is free on orders of $130 or more. A flat rate applies to orders under $130. Free shipping may not apply to some consignment items.
- Express and DHL Express options are available at checkout.

Local pickup
You can choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order from our boutique at 1347 12th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Please bring your confirmation email and photo ID when you come to collect your order.

Processing times
- In stock - items with quantity greater than 0 are available in store and can be shipped out within 3 business days.
- Drop ship - shipped directly from the brand within 3 business days after receipt of order.
- Other premium exclusives - may take 1-3 weeks processing time. We will inform you right away of the expected delivery timeline.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we can advise based on the most up-to-date information on our stock or from the supplier.

Tracking
All orders are updated with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.
