Embodying Citizen’s continuous pursuit of innovation and design excellence, the new Eco-Drive 365 timepiece brings together a distinct aesthetic with boundary-pushing, light-powered technology – showcasing how sustainable innovations can power the future. With a bold design that takes its inspiration from the 1973 original, the new Eco-Drive 365 encapsulates the 50-year journey from quartz to Eco-Drive in Citizen watches. The silver-tone timepiece’s case measures 42.5mm across with a contrasting black bezel that integrates smoothly with the sleek lines of the bracelet, making the best use of Citizen’s cutting-edge stainless steel processing and polishing know-how. An anti-reflective sapphire crystal protects the display, with the dial’s surface inspired by an endless starry sky and the innate beauty of the Earth. Silver-tone accents provide the dial with a sense of depth and breadth, while a pair of sharp, dauphine-style hands indicate the time. Inside, the new light-powered, innovative Eco-Drive movement Calibre E365 is at work with an accuracy of ±15 seconds per month, and with the movement requiring exposure to adequate light to then run for 365 days on a full charge, without ever needing a battery. Water resistant to 100 metres.

Shipping

Within Canada: STANDARD shipping is free on orders of $130 or more. Please note that this may not apply for some Consignment items. Express and DHL Express options are shown at checkout. Return shipping is also included for all regular priced new stock. All orders are updated with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.

Seiko products ship within Canada only. New and pre-owned Seiko products can only be shipped to a Canadian address or picked up in store.

Outside Canada: Other brands and our non-Seiko consignment pieces can be shipped to the US and internationally. Available options and rates are shown at checkout.

IN STOCK - Any items with quantity greater than 0 are available in store.  Can be shipped out within 3 business day(s). These are clearly marked on the product page with green text confirming the item is in stock

DROP SHIP - All models will be shipped directly from the brand within 3 business days after receipt of order.  Availability is updated on a weekly-basis.

OTHER PREMIUM EXCLUSIVES - Each model is available for order and may take 1-3 weeks processing time.  We will inform you right away with expected delivery timelines for your order.

Returns

You may return or exchange a regular priced new timepiece for store credit within 2 days of delivery. Bezel House will provide a return shipping label at no charge.

Other discounted new timepieces can also be returned for store credit within 2 days of delivery. Shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from the credit, and a 15% restocking fee applies.

FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges): Featured Specials, clearance, vintage / pre-owned and consignment pieces, and discontinued items.

All items, including accessories, tags (if provided) and packing materials, must be returned in their original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at info@bezelhouse.com within 2 days of delivery. All new stock is covered under standard manufacturer warranty.

If you are shipping an item back yourself, please use a traceable service with insurance. We don’t guarantee returns sent by mail / courier.
