Built to exceed traditional Swiss watchmaking standards, your BALL watch is warranted by BALL Watch Company SA for a period of twenty-four months or forty-eight months if you benefit from a "Premium" warranty card from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. You are cordially invited to register your timepiece on our web site within 90 days of purchase for a free extended twelve months warranty. This will effectively cover your BALL watch for a total of thirty-six or sixty months warranty period. The international warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased watch. The warranty will only be valid when the warranty card is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by a BALL Authorized Dealer.

During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty card, you will be entitled to free of charge servicing of any repair carried out for the above manufacturing defects. In the event that repairs are unable to restore the normal conditions, BALL Watch Company SA guarantees its replacement by a BALL watch of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four months after the date of replacement of the replaced watch.

The international warranty does not extend to the bracelet, strap, buckle or crystal, normal wear, tear and ageing, nor does it cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the operating instructions provided by BALL Watch Company SA.

We reserve the right to relinquish all responsibilities under this guarantee for repair if the watch has been handled by unauthorized persons or if it has been altered in its original condition beyond BALL Watch Company SA’s control. Shipping the watch to one of our authorized service centers will be at the expense of the customer.

    STANDARD shipping is free across Canada with a minimum order of CA$120. Please note that this may not apply for some Consignment items. Return shipping is also included for all regular priced new stock. All orders are updated with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.

    IN STOCK - Any items with quantity greater than 0 are available in store.  Can be shipped out within 3 business day(s)

    DROP SHIP - All models will be shipped directly from the brand within 3 business days after receipt of order.  Availability is updated on a weekly-basis.

    OTHER PREMIUM EXCLUSIVES - Each model is available for order and may take 1-3 weeks processing time.  We will inform you right away with expected delivery timelines for your order.


    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any regular priced new timepiece, for a store credit, within 10 days of receiving the product.

    The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total credit. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise.  Any sale, vintage / pre-owned or discounted items will be FINAL SALE.

    If and when you receive your purchase, if there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Bezel House using the contact info listed.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee shipments returned via mail / courier.
