Designed and developed in close collaboration with the Marine Nationale, the Navygraf Barracuda CMM.20 Limited Edition takes its name from France’s Barracuda submarine programme and pays tribute to the world of the French Navy’s submarine forces.
A direct descendant of YEMA’s 1970s Navygraf, this limited edition combines a forged carbon dial and bezel with red tactical accents and a “Forces Sous-Marines” caseback. It is powered by YEMA’s Manufacture micro-rotor calibre CMM.20, offering chronometric precision and a 70-hour power reserve.

NAVYGRAF BARRACUDA CMM.20 LIMITED EDITION
As an official watchmaking partner of the French Navy, YEMA creates tool-watches designed for both maritime professionals and watch enthusiasts, built to rigorous military standards. Limited to 400 timepieces, the Navygraf Barracuda has been engineered to meet the concrete requirements of submariners while immersing itself in their unique world.
TACTICAL-INSPIRED FORGED CARBON DIAL AND BEZEL
The forged carbon dial and bezel lend a tactical aesthetic to this Navygraf. Far more than a visual choice, this cutting-edge material features carbon fibers compressed under high pressure, offering exceptional shock resistance and the lightness essential for missions. The randomized patterns of the carbon make each watch a unique piece, reflecting the challenges faced by naval forces.
The unidirectional bezel features 120 precise "clicks" allowing it to be set in half-minute increments and only rotates one way so it cannot be accidentally bumped backwards. It includes a 20-minute countdown sector highlighted in tactical red. This specific 20-minute window matches standard submarine synchronization protocols, allowing crew members to instantly track and coordinate timed operational maneuvers at a glance.
The BARRACUDA mention at 6 o'clock stands out in bright red, offering a striking contrast against the tactical forged carbon dial while recalling the color code of military onboard instruments.
MISSION-READY LEGIBILITY
To guarantee enhanced legibility under all circumstances, the hands and applied indexes are finished in matte white, creating a perfect contrast with the dark forged carbon. The minute hand is outlined in matte red, instantly drawing the eye to the timing function, which is critical during operational phases.
For absolute nighttime efficiency, all indications are coated with Super-LumiNova C1 Grade A, ensuring powerful luminescence in the total darkness of the abyss.
ULTRA-THIN NAVYGRAF CASE & DOUBLE DOME SAPPHIRE CRYSTAL
The 39mm 316L stainless steel case stands out with its optimized proportions and brushed finishes, contrasted by polished bevels. The original Navygraf case has been slimmed down to less than 10mm in thickness to accommodate our Manufacture micro-rotor calibre CMM.20, while offering optimal comfort with a 46mm lug-to-lug distance.
The Navygraf Barracuda CMM.20 Limited Edition is equipped with a 2.50mm thick double dome sapphire crystal, offering better legibility, excellent scratch and shock resistance, all while bringing a resolutely vintage look.
FORCES SOUS-MARINES” CASEBACK
The caseback features a red-tinted sapphire crystal, a direct nod to the tactical night-time lighting used aboard nuclear attack submarines (SSNs). At night, submarines switch to red ambient light because the human eye can read instruments under red light without ruining its adaptation to total darkness. This ensures the crew maintains their immediate night vision for periscope use or night surfacing.
This immersion is completed by the central engraving of the French Navy Submarine Forces insignia, creating a direct echo between the timepiece's military identity and the muffled atmosphere of the abyssal depths.
SUPER-LUMINOVA C1 GRADE A
Applied to the hands, indexes, and the entire bezel graduation, the Super-LumiNova C1 Grade A emits a razor-sharp white luminescence. This light intensity guarantees maximum and immediate legibility, indispensable during night operations or in the darkness of the deep sea.
DIVER STEEL BRACELET
Slim, robust, and refined, the 316L stainless steel bracelet enhances both the durability and the elegance of this timepiece while sitting naturally on the wrist. The new clasp features an on-the-fly adjustment mechanism, perfect for adapting to wrist swelling due to heat, activity, or time of day. The bracelet fit can now be adjusted instantly, without removing the watch or using any tools.
