Designed for those who value functionality, durability, and timeless field watch style, the Seiko 5 Sports Automatic GMT Field Watch HDB002 brings travel-ready capability to Seiko's iconic 5 Sports collection. With a rugged stainless steel design, highly legible dial, and a built-in GMT function, this watch is ready to keep track of home time and local time wherever your journey takes you.

At the heart of the HDB002 is Seiko's reliable 4R34 automatic movement, offering both automatic and manual winding capabilities along with a 41-hour power reserve. The additional 24-hour GMT hand allows for easy dual-time tracking, making it an ideal companion for frequent travelers. A hacking seconds function provides precise time setting, while the date display adds everyday convenience.

The stainless steel case measures 39.4mm in diameter with a comfortable 47.9mm lug-to-lug, creating a versatile size that works well for daily wear. A curved Hardlex crystal protects the dial, while Seiko's LumiBrite treatment on the hands and indexes ensures excellent readability in low-light environments.

Completed with a stainless steel bracelet featuring a secure three-fold clasp with push-button release, the HDB002 combines practical field watch toughness with the sophistication of a mechanical GMT. The exhibition screw-down case back offers a view of the movement inside, while 100 meters of water resistance and magnetic resistance provide confidence for everyday adventures.

Whether you're navigating time zones or simply looking for a dependable mechanical watch with added functionality, the Seiko 5 Sports GMT Field Watch HDB002 delivers exceptional versatility and Seiko's renowned craftsmanship.

The sandblasted finish of the dials creates a subtle, slightly grainy texture that lends the design a natural depth without being overly prominent. The embossed Arabic numerals are easy to read and blend in seamlessly. LumiBrite is used strategically to enhance legibility exactly where it is needed: the function remains visible around the hour markers and on the hour, seconds and GMT hands.

The rugged nylon strap is combined with leather, and the design creates an authentic aesthetic perfectly suited to the field category. To further enhance its functionality as a field watch, this model is also equipped with a simple compass. The dial features a khaki green earth tone that pairs well with outdoor fashion. All the numerals have LumiBrite, ensuring excellent legibility in low-light conditions. This practical feature allows the time to be read instantly in any environment.

A recreational motorcycle released by Honda Motor Co., Ltd. in 1981.
It featured a compact, lightweight body with a dry weight of 42 kg, powered by a 49 cc, 2.5 horsepower two-stroke engine, and was equipped with foldable handlebars and footrests, as well as leak-proof mechanisms for fuel, engine oil, and the battery. Honda, which developed and produced both four-wheeled and two-wheeled vehicles, had long been offering compact motorcycles that could be loaded into cars. Targeting trend-conscious young people as its main customers, the MOTOCOMPO proposed a new six-wheeled lifestyle that combined the comfort of a four-wheeled vehicle with the maneuverability of a two-wheeler by allowing it to be stored in the trunk of the “CITY,” a compact car released at the same time.

The dial features the striking yellow color of the MOTOCOMPO, with the HONDA logo emblazoned along the black section that cuts across the center. The “AUTOMATIC” lettering at the 6 oʼclock position features a special font inspired by the MOTOCOMPO logo.

The crown features the word “TURN,” inspired by the design of the fuel cock.
Furthermore, drawing inspiration from the attachment point used to secure the MOTOCOMPO to a car with a strap, part of the watch's strap bears the inscription “CARRYING POINT,” while the tip of the strap is marked “INSERTION POINT.”

As a feature unique to this limited-edition model, the case back is marked with the silhouette of the MOTOCOMPO, the words “Limited Edition,” and a serial number. The watch comes in a special box designed to resemble the corrugated carton used to ship the MOTOCOMPO.
