We’re very proud to partner with Cervo Volante, a Swiss company producing straps for us from sustainably sourced deer leather. This version of the Big Crown Pointer Date celebrates our collaboration.
Skin in the game
Our mission is Change for the Better, extending to our watches. We partner with Cervo Volante for deer skin straps, sourced from Swiss population control programs. Our 38mm Big Crown Pointer Date watch features this strap and an Alpine-inspired green dial.
The natural touch
Cervo Volante, founded in 2017, repurposes deer skins from Switzerland's population control programme into natural accessories. Their sustainable approach aligns with our mission for Change for the Better. We're now incorporating their naturally tanned straps into our collection.

STANDARD shipping is free for shipments within Canada and to the US, with a minimum order of $130. Please note that this may not apply for some Consignment items. Return shipping is also included for all regular priced new stock. All orders are updated with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.

DROP SHIP - All models will be shipped directly from the brand within 3 business days after receipt of order. Availability is updated on a weekly-basis.
OTHER PREMIUM EXCLUSIVES - Each model is available for order and may take 1-3 weeks processing time. We will inform you right away with expected delivery timelines for your order.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any regular priced new timepiece, for a store credit, within 10 days of receiving the product.
Bezel House will provide a return shipping label at no charge, for all regular priced new timepieces. For all other orders, shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from the total credit. A 15% re-stocking fee will also apply for such orders.
All items including products, accessories, tags (if provided), packing materials, etc. must be in the original condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise. Any clearance, vintage / pre-owned or discontinued items will be FINAL SALE.
If and when you receive your purchase, if there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Bezel House through using the contact info listed on our website, within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. All new stock is covered under standard manufacturer warranty.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee shipments returned via mail / courier.
